Network Operations Engineer

JUST2IT PTE LTD is hiring a Network Operations Engineer (Managed Services – Customer Premises) to support day-to-day operational stability, monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement for an enterprise network environment under a managed services contract.
This is an onsite role at customer premises with shift-based coverage as required, supporting a high-availability, regulated, and business-critical environment (guest-facing and core operational systems).
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 network operations support for LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewall, and network security components.
- Participate in major incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reporting.
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / IT / Network Engineering (or related)
- 3–5 years experience in enterprise network operations or managed services environments.
- Experience supporting mission-critical / 24×7 operational environments.
- Strong incident-response discipline; able to perform under pressure
Nice to have
- CCNA / CCNP (or equivalent)
- ITIL Foundation (or equivalent).
- Exposure to regulated / high-security environments.
- Strong analytical skills
